A new form for getting user input from within the programmer mode using
the read(string prompt, int type) method
added a loadstrategy(string file) method to programmer mode to
dynamically load strategies from the programmer mode
added an unimplemented startup message form
added a simpleswap form for exchanging deposits and withdrawals
added a donation form and settings to prompt for donations on bot close
(if in profit). setting include auto donate and disabling prompt
